【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60728appliestotheradiationcharacteristicsandimmunitytoelectromagneticdisturbanceofcablenetworksfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservicesandcoversthefrequencyrange0,15MHzto3,0GHz.ThisstandardspecifiesEMCperformancerequirementsandlaysdownthemethodsofmeasurement.Cablenetworksbeyondthenetworkoutlets(e.g.receiverleads,insimplestterms)whichbeginatthenetworkoutletandatthesubscriber'sterminalequipmentshallcomplywiththeserecommendationsprovidedthatnootherspecificprovisionsapply.Tominimisetheriskofinterferencetootherradioservicescausedbypossibleradiationfromacablenetworkandtolimitthepossiblepenetrationofexternalsignalswhichmayinterferewiththeoperationofanetwork,itisnecessarynotonlytouseequipmentwhichsatisfiestherequirementofIEC60728-2regardinglimitsofradiationandofimmunitytoexternalfields,but,also,toensuretheintegrityofallcableconnectionsoneachitemofactiveorpassivecablenetworkequipment.Cablenetworksemployingcoaxialcablescanbeasourceofinterferencetoawiderangeofservicesthatutilisetheradiofrequencyspectrum.Theseincludenotonlyemergencyservices,safetyoflife,broadcasting,aeronauticalandradionavigationservicesbutalsolandmobile,amateurandcellularradioservices.Asexistingandplannedradioservicesneedtobeprotected,radiationlimitsspecifiedforcablednetworksshouldbecompliedwith.Additionalprotectionforcertainservicesmayberequiredbynationalregulations.
