【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61000dealswiththeemissionofdisturbancesduetoharmonics.Therecommendationsofthistechnicalreportareapplicabletoelectricalandelectronicequipmentwitharatedinputcurrentexceeding16Aperphaseandintendedtobeconnectedtopubliclow-voltagea.c.distributionsystemsofthefollowingtypes:-nominalvoltageupto240V,single-phase,twoorthreewires;-nominalvoltageupto600V,three-phase,threeorfourwires;-nominalfrequency50Hzor60Hz.Otherdistributionsystemsareexcluded.Testsaccordingtothisreportaretypetestsofcompletepiecesofequipment,forexampleaspeedvariablefan,andnotofcomponents,forexampleaconverter.Connectionofthisequipmenttothesupplygenerallyrequiresspecialagreementbetweenthesupplyauthorityandtheconsumer.Thisconsentwilldependuponseveralfactorsincludingtheexpectedlevelsofdisturbancecausedbytheequipmentandtheactualsituationattheconnectionpointtothepowersupplysystem.Theserecommendationsspecifytheinformationrequiredtoenableasupplyauthoritytoassessequipmentregardingharmonicdisturbanceandtodecidewhetherornottheequipmentisacceptableforconnectionwithregardtotheharmonicdistortionaspect.NOTE1-Forthesetypesofequipmentonlygeneralrecommendationsonassessmentofdisturbancescanbegiven.Thereisnoguaranteethattheconnectionofequipmentcomplyingwiththeserecommendationswillbeallowedinallcases,astheconsenttoconnectequipmenttothesupplydependsonthelevelofdisturbancecausedbytheequipmentandtheloadconditionsinthenetwork.NOTE2-Theserecommendationscanalsobeappliedtoequipmentwithalowerratedinputcurrentbutrequiringspecialconsentofthesupplyauthority(seeIEC61000-3-2).NOTE3-Theserecommendationsarenotapplicabletoactivefilters.Guidanceisgivenon:a)requiredshort-circuitpowerforharmonicsemittingequipmenttestedorsimulatedunderspecifiedconditions;b)methodsfortypetestsorsimulations.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthemethodformeasuringthedegreeofsensitization(DOS)instainlesssteelandnickel-basedalloysusingtheDoubleLoopElectrochemicalPotentiokineticReactivation(DL-EPR)test(basedon(~ihal'smethod).Themethodmaybeusedforthequantitativeassessmentofdeleteriousthermaleffectsresultingintheformationofalloy-element-depletedzonesatgrainboundariesorinthematrix.However,attentionshouldbepaidwhentestingheat-affectedweldzones,duetopossiblenon-uniformdistributionofsensitizedzonesalongthefusionlines.Theresultsofthetestcanbeusedasanindextoidentifythepotentialsusceptibilityofstainlesssteelandnickel-basedalloystointergranularcorrosion,pittingcorrosion,andintergranular-stresscorrosioncracking,butpredictionofthesecorrosionmodesdependsoncomplementaryspecifictesting.ThisInternationalStandarddescribesthegeneralmethodologyand,inAnnexC,givesexamplesofsuitabletestexposureconditionsforspecificalloys.
