【摘要】:ThisdraftEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecalibrationofthoseleaksthatareusedfortheadjustmentofleakdetectorsforthedeterminationofleakagerateineverydayuse.Thepreferredcalibrationmethodinthiscaseisacomparisonwithastandardleak.InthiswaytheleaksusedforroutineusebecometraceabletoaprimarystandardastheISO9000seriesofstandardsrequire.Thecomparisonproceduresarepreferablyapplicabletoheliumleaks,becausethistestgascanbeselectivelymeasuredbyamassspectrometerleakdetector(MSLD)(thedefinitionofMLSDisgiveninEN1330-8).Calibrationbycomparison(seemethodsAandBbelow)withknownstandardleaksiseasilypossibleforleakswithreservoirandleakageratesbelow10Pa·m/s.From10Pa·m/sto10Pa·m/snoleaksreliableenoughtobeusedastransferstandardexist.Leaksinthisrangecanonlybecalibratedbymeasurementofflowinacalibratedcapillarytube(seemethodCbelow).Leakageratesgreaterthan10Pa·m/scanbemeasuredbyflowmeterscalibratedagainstprimarynationalstandards.
